One of those 300 events is a cybersecurity conference hosted by UKFast. With the event selling out and but interest still coming in they knew they needed another outlet for clients and potential clients to meet with them. 

The festival headline sponsor Microsoft joined with UKFast to host a series of events including roundtables, Q&A’s with experts and a drop-in clinic. 

UKFast wanted the roadshow bus to be their mobile Manchester office.  All cool tech firms have great funky offices and these guys are no exception. For the lower deck, they wanted to use the space for welcoming people on board with a refreshment area and brainstorming pod.  We created the overall look and feel replicating the office by laying astroturf to the floor and installing a bar, pod booth seating for tech demo’s, and breakfast bar with high stools for a hot-desking area. The custom made furniture all made in white and finished with the company colours and branding created the perfect flexible working space. 

On the upper deck, a red carpet was laid across the deck and the space divided into a relaxed seating area, breakout area for gaming with bean bags and Playstation and finally a board room table for presentations and meetings. Internal branding through the bus using all available wall space and header graphics created a space perfectly on-brand.  

Externally the roadshow bus had a full bus wrap. The front and both sides wrap with a black base colour with brand and images with the rear of the bus with a Union Jack, our design team worked with the client to ensure the 2 very different elements of the wrap blended together.  

The tour kicks off in Manchester before heading to London for ~Tech Week
