Love Coleshill Campaign
Love Coleshill Campaign

In 2012 in Coleshill, Warwickshire local traders and business came together to form Love Coleshill. The consortium was formed to bring people back to the High Street, and use local business. In essence the aim was to encourage people to shop local, eat local, use local.

Commbus have been involved from the very beginning and the consortium has grown to a membership now of over 70 business.

Throughout 2013 Mark Clark has held the role of chairperson and at the recent AGM he has once again been elected to the role of Chairperson.

Mark said “Last year really put Love Coleshill on the map. We have been working with Mary Portas funding from the County Council to improve lots of areas within the town. I am so please to be involved in such a fast growing organisation. Last year saw Love Coleshill bring a Market back to the town, after all we are heritage market town, Coleshill was granted a market charter over 800 years ago by King John. I am very much looking forward to again being involved in the great work the consortium are doing – we now have really strong links with the Coleshill Town Council, The Coleshill Hub and are working towards the Discover Coleshill Visitors Centre with these groups. ”
