We are once again back on out on the road this summer with Anglia Ruskin University.

This year the bus has turned purple a big change from previous years, but one thing is for sure – you will not miss it arriving ! There may be a new look to the bus – but the important roll of the bus is the same.

This year Anglia Ruskin will tour East of England all summer offering advice and guidance at schools, colleges and community events across the East of England.Anglia Ruskin’s team will be on hand presenting a series of talks to help dispel some of the myths surrounding student finance including tuition fees structure, as well as running the very popular budgeting games to show how students can make their money go further whilst at university.

Along side visiting schools and colleges, the Roadshow bus will also be pulling into Peterborough, Cambridge, Chelmsford and King’s Lynn for special weekend and bank holiday events. This first of these on Saturday 8th June was in Peterborough – and during the day we had some very excited guest come along and join us !

Rachel Nedwell, who team is responsible for outreach and the Anglia Ruskin Bus, said:

“It is crucial that no students should be deterred from going to university because of cost and it is initiatives like the Anglia Ruskin Roadshow bus that are vital in helping to get this message across.”
