New to Greater Manchester Transport 10/77
We are looking for Pictures if anyone has any.
It appears it was loaned to Granada Television for workshop projects(dates unknown)
Acquired by Mr S Teague of (Sounds Effective), Birmingham 04/94
Was used for Central Television Childrens workshops and summer roadshow.
On loan to us in 2000 untill offically purchased in 2008

At the end of its Commbus life it is ear marked to go to SELNEC Manchester for restoration and preservation.

New to West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive in 1980
This bus was on regular service and was known to run on the "138" going via the Merryhill Centre

It ended up at Acocks Green garage onthe "11 A "
BOK was one of the last mark 1's to be taken out of service.

Acquired by us 5th March 2001

Unfortunately we do not have a date when it was converted to an open top bus.
It was loaned to Guide Friday in
Stratford-upon-Avon from 6/88 to 9/88

Acquired by Guide Friday 7/89
Loaned to York City & District from 11/89 until 01/90
Withdrawn from PSV service 6/02
Sold to P.Donovan, Bromsgrive for preservation 4/03

Aquired by us 9th June 2006

New to West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive in 1986
It carried the livery of the time saver service
This bus was on the express route perhaps the "966" "963"?
It was delivered to Lea Hall Garage in October 1986 to await deployment and start service with Travel West Midlands.
It was withdrawn from service on the fast routes and went on regular service routes, Before being withdrawn prematurely due to an unfortunate incident with a tree.

We acquired "2926" 17th November 2008

2926 is currently being converted into an exhibition bus and will form part of our short term hire fleet.

As the conversion takes place will be updating these pictures
